This notice covers the details you give Scaled Outbound through this website. We have kept it short and plain, because what we do with your details is short and plain.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive your first and last name, your work email address, your company, and, if you add them, your company website, your job title and your message. We collect nothing else through this site.

Why we collect it

We use these details to answer your request, which usually means studying your company and writing back your buyer map. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to the conversation, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are not sold, rented or traded to anyone. They are seen only by the people at Scaled Outbound who answer your request.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track your visit.

Deleting your details

You can ask us to delete your details at any time. Write to rachel.thompson@scaledoutbound.co, or send the request through the contact form, and we will remove them and confirm when it is done. If we have written to you, a reply that says "stop" ends all contact.
